Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Global Technology Manager SPS to lead product and concept development across two European sites. The role oversees 2 development teams and Digitalisation & Standardisation, guiding strategic plans and budgets while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/PhD with 10+ years in gas upgrading, thermodynamics, and chemical/process engineering, and demonstrate strong leadership and English fluency to navigate a matrix

Qualifications

• Master or Ph.D. level in relevant chemical/engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in gas upgrading, thermodynamics, and process engineering.
• Strong leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer department objectives across Venlo and Fredericia sites.
• Lead research teams and coordinate with stakeholders to meet policy and budget targets.
• Drive R&D and SPS Digitalisation & Standardisation initiatives within matrix organisation.
• Ensure health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities and translate market/tech trends into projects and processes.
