Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO engineering degree required.
• 5–7 years’ experience as a (Service) Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in English; Danish, German and French skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Perform problem analysis and offer practical solutions.
• Support and prepare service visits; maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain technical information databases and training sessions.
• Participate in project teams and remote/on-site service.
• Travel 25–40% for on-site support and calibrations.
