• 5–8 years of tech recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit for a range of technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global tech hiring teams to define needs and strategies.
• Source, select, and manage end-to-end recruitment with strong candidate experience.
• Engage top talent via creative sourcing and cultivate candidate relationships.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve sourcing and ensure inclusive hiring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and support onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team effectiveness and strategy.
