Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment with focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Experience in hiring for Business teams (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Staff).
• Worked closely with other HR teams and business leaders.
• Proven track record building relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience collecting recruiting data and leading data-informed conversations.
