Job summary

ING is seeking a Tribe Lead for Consumer Adoption within Global Infrastructure. You will shape adoption of ING's global platforms, lead a high‑profile transformation, and align country activities with strategic infrastructure outcomes.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, manage senior stakeholders, and build a high‑performing global team focused on measurable value and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud or tech ops in complex international environments.
• Ability to turn vision into results with data-driven insight and clear actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in driving technology transformation with minimal disruption.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimise technology spend.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior stakeholder engagement and act as primary interface with consumers.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, and transition programmes to global platforms.
• Orchestrate priorities, dependencies, and escalations across countries.
• Guide standardised solutions to strengthen architectural integrity and reduce fragmentation.
• Oversee governance of service, contracts, and lifecycle for transparent consumption.
• Embed a product-led operating model across infrastructure services and teams.
