NewPort Tank Containers in Moerdijk is seeking an Export CSR who keeps shipments running on time and within budget, acting as the first point of contact for customers.

You coordinate order processing from A to Z, check documents for completeness, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with shipping lines, trucking, depots and colleagues worldwide.

This full-time role requires fluent English, a proactive mindset, and strong organisational skills, with onboarding and international teamwork as core benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Available for full-time work (32 or 36 hours per week negotiable).
• MBO-4 or HBO level required; strong commitment valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure shipments run smoothly.
• Coordinate order processing from A to Z and monitor KPIs.
• Check documentation for completeness and accuracy; coordinate with partners to keep handling efficient.
• Communicate updates to customers; handle urgent requests and rush deliveries.
• Liaise with international colleagues to ship orders and update financial processing.
