Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Director of Supply Strategy & Commercial Planning to lead global commercial planning for Supply, defining priorities and investments across markets while shaping the go-to-market strategy for partner segments.

You will drive the transition to an AI-native operating model, build the commercial toolkit, and lead a senior team to deliver growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Senior track record leading commercial strategy, planning and go-to-market in a large platform environment.
• Experience sponsoring and delivering large-scale digital transformation and AI-driven operating models.
• Strong analytical approach with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial planning for Supply across all markets globally: define priorities, targets and investments per partner segment.
• Shape the supply go-to-market strategy, including sales model, self-service vs. agentic channels, and coverage.
• Steer planning cycles, OKR and budgeting for Supply across markets.
• Own Supply performance view: track KPIs and provide decision-ready insights and actions.
• Lead the transformation to an AI-native operating model across markets.
• Lead Global Sales Incentive Plan strategy and governance to unlock growth.
• Build commercial excellence playbooks and standards applied across markets.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of senior supply strategy program managers.
