Qualifications

• University degree desirable.
• 3+ years in a GDP environment.
• Registration as Responsible Person with the Dutch MOH is required.
• Knowledge of regulations, quality systems, and QA principles.
• Experience with Quality systems and QA in an operational setting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution regulations for medicinal products and devices.
• Technical areas including logistics, materials management, production, engineering, computer science, quality control/assurance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure quality of products and services by 3PLs meets AbbVie standards.
• Act as internal local consultant on quality assurance and GDP.
• Assist Affiliate QA with quality actions (QA holds, recalls, market withdrawals) involving products distributed through VLOG.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and prevent quality issues across the supply chain.
• Supervise or manage QTA with CDCs.
• Ensure timely completion of training.
• Oversee SCQA officer of VLOG including hiring, performance feedback, and staff development.
• Ensure documents related to distribution activities are up to date in the AbbVie system.
