Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Quality Auditor to oversee supplier and third‑party manufacturer audits for EPD. Based in Weesp, you’ll ensure compliance, quality, and regulatory adherence across Abbott’s external partner network, coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive improvements and safeguard patient safety.

You will plan and perform audits, manage QA questionnaires, and track CAPAs while documenting outcomes in the Audit Tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years’ experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulatory environment.
• Minimum 3 years auditing experience (GMP, GDP, ISO).
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines, GMP, WHO guidance, and regional/local regs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, report, and close on-site audits for suppliers/third‑party manufacturers.
• Manage Quality Questionnaires and CAPAs with timely closure.
• Document audit activities in Audit Tracking system and provide updates to management.
• Promote proactive quality mindset and serve as primary quality contact for external partners.
