Job summary

Coster Group, an international producer with a Zwolle facility, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to balance production capacity, materials and customer demand. You will coordinate with colleagues and suppliers globally, using SAP for planning and Power BI/Excel for reporting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in planning and sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning and material planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Located in the Netherlands, near Zwolle or able to commute.

Responsibilities

• Plan production across lines by balancing capacity, demand and materials.
• Coordinate raw material planning and procurement with international suppliers.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks and adjust planning for efficiency.
• Prepare reports from SAP/Power BI for S&OP meetings.
