Working across the Supply Chain & Logistics teams, you’ll build strong relationships, help run cross-functional initiatives, plan global events, and contribute to budget oversight with Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings to prioritize time.
• Organize international travel, events, and leadership activities from start to finish.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and notes for executive reviews.
• Act as a key point of contact for colleagues and external partners.
• Support department-wide initiatives and cross-team projects.
• Monitor travel budgets and contribute to reporting using Power BI.
