Formación

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership position.
• Hands-on mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience leading international and/or remote teams is a plus.
• Experience improving supply chain processes in growing organisations.
• Experience in regulated industries like medical devices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and professionalise the international supply chain organisation.
• Lead, coach and support a remote international supply chain team.
• Design, implement and improve supply chain processes and procedures.
• Manage and enhance operational supply chain performance.
• Drive process improvements across planning, logistics and operations.
• Establish scalable supply chain structures to support future growth.
• Represent supply chain within the management team.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve service levels, quality and delivery performance.
