Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Breda, the Netherlands, is hiring a Manager Global IT Solutions (Supply Chain, R&D & Sustainability) to lead a team of about five professionals and shape the digital solutions strategy across global operations.

You will align stakeholders, prioritize the portfolio, manage external partners, and ensure delivery excellence while balancing innovation with operational continuity in a highly international setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years management and coaching experience (team or line).
• Experience as Program or Project Manager for global transformations and/or implementations.
• Experience as Domain Architect.
• Experience within the supply chain domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately five professionals and drive delivery excellence.
• Set the strategic direction of the domain and prioritize the project portfolio.
• Drive business engagement and stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Develop team capabilities and ensure delivery excellence.
• Manage IT supplier/vendor relationships and budget with project delivery.
• Act as the domain architect and oversee architecture governance.
