As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the company's international supply chain organisation. While supply chain operations have been established over the past two years, significant opportunities remain to further structure, optimise and scale processes. You will lead a small team international supply chain team remotely while balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on operational approach in The Netherlands. Especially during the initial phase, the role will have a strong operational focus, requiring active involvement in day-to-day supply chain activities. At the same time, you will contribute to business strategy as a member of the management team.

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain leadership position.

• Experience leading international and/or remote teams is a plus
• Experience within a start-up, scale-up or rapidly changing business environment is a plus
• Based in the Utrecht region.
• Candidates should ideally live in the Province of Utrecht or within a reasonable commuting distance.
