Job summary

Philips is seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Manager for the Service Parts Supply Chain. The role focuses on global process optimization, inventory and material availability improvements, and leading improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

You will work with IT, analytics, and partners to configure systems and drive standardization of planning processes. The position requires a Master’s in SCM/operations/computer science and 5 years of health tech supply chain experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven experience in health tech supply chains.
• Knowledge of SAP and Servigistics is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to drive stakeholder change.

Responsibilities

• Continuously defining and implementing process improvements.
• Own improvement activities and ensure timely delivery using lean methods.
• Define architecture and configuration for systems and tools with IT and analytics.
• Train planners on forecasting and inventory optimization.
