Job summary

Flex, a global manufacturing partner, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support continuous improvement of supply chain processes. You will work with customers, operations, transportation providers, planners, and service teams, reporting to the Manager Control Tower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in an international supply chain, logistics, or planning environment.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, WMS, and/or TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor supply chain performance using data and KPIs.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical methodologies.
• Manage and optimize databases and reporting systems to ensure reliable management information.
• Identify improvement opportunities across planning, transportation, operations, and customer service.
• Support and coordinate customer implementation projects.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for process optimization and decision-making.

Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes by performing analyses, providing insights into performance, and driving improvement initiatives. You will work closely with customers, operational teams, transportation providers, planners, and customer service teams, and report directly to the Manager Control Tower.
