Kramp in the Netherlands is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who combines strong analytics with a business partner mindset to optimize our end-to-end supply chain. You will transform data into actionable insights, identify opportunities, develop scenarios and recommendations, and work with stakeholders to turn these into tangible improvements.

You will sit at the intersection of analytics, planning, technology and business performance, handling high-impact topics from forecasting to dashboard

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 2–4 years of analytics or supply chain experience.
• Strong ability to translate data into business value.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven track record presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with proactive improvement mindset.
• Clear communicator capable of simplifying complexity and influencing decisions.
• Comfortable moving between detailed data and big picture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain leaders to translate questions into analyses.
• Drive data-driven analyses to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Design dashboards and models that provide transparency across the supply chain.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in demand, inventory and supply.
• Collaborate with IT to implement improvements in systems and processes.
