DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead delivery of a wide range of campaigns within the Global Studios team. You will project-manage the production process end to end and help lead a client services team with global counterparts, representing DEPT to clients with a blend of account management and strategic planning.

You will partner with senior clients to develop annual strategies, oversee creative and production teams, manage briefs, workloads, and capacity, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications including digital and direct.
• Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage client expectations.
• Proven business development experience and success.

Responsabilités

• Work with senior clients to develop annual strategies.
• Oversee teams to develop digital content (creative, production).
• Lead, line-manage, motivate, and inspire your team.
• Manage briefs from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery across campaigns.
• Liaise with clients and manage expectations.
• Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters and developers.
• Plan and manage workloads, keep leadership updated on capacity.
• Develop understanding of client business and advise on best communications solution.
• Oversee statements of work/proposals with creative and strategy teams.
• Conduct regular client reviews and uphold DEPT’s standards.
