As an Account Supervisor you’ll lead end-to-end delivery, oversee briefs and team capacity, and represent DEPT® to clients, driving strategic planning and strong relationships while maintaining creative integrity.

Formación

• Agency experience in Client Services, Senior Account Manager or Account Supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, draft and review client briefs.
• Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns with planning and prioritisation.
• Clarify questions with clients and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Distill client feedback for designers, copywriters and production teams.
• Provide strategic direction for unstructured requests and feasibility assessment.
• Build strong client relationships through regular meetings and planning sessions.
• Deliver high-quality CRM and digital campaigns on time and on budget.
