VaynerMedia in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to drive brand conversations, content strategies and community management across platforms. You will monitor conversations, brief influencers, respond to followers with a consistent brand voice, and collaborate with global teams to translate trends into creative campaigns.

The role requires excellent Dutch and English writing, a passion for culture, and comfort with fast-paced agency life in a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience managing social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Ability to work across multiple platforms and adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsabilités

• Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels and online conversations to identify high-impact engagement opportunities.
• Internal and external briefing, especially for influencers and creatives.
• Continuous active listening on brands and follower interactions including comments and DMs.
• Researching and analysing brand and cultural trends for use in campaigns.
• Provide a daily digest of observations and recommendations to inform creative briefs.
• Use third-party tools to manage brand pages and activities.
• Read and respond to comments across all posts, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Escalate as needed for followers with negative feedback.
• Seek opportunities to insert the brand into social conversations around trends.
