Job summary

Gemba, an IBM Maximo partner, seeks a Business Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and optimize asset performance for diverse clients. You will supervise projects from A to Z, often taking final responsibility, while collaborating with a team to ensure quality results.

You’ll work with clients from manufacturing to government, applying innovative maintenance strategies and driving process improvements. A strong technical background and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO/WO level in a technical field such as Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a maintenance engineer/manager or similar role.
• Experience with process optimization and asset maintenance in industrial environments.
• Strong analytical skills and persuasiveness; fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise implementations from A to Z and take final responsibility for projects.
• Collaborate with a project team while maintaining ownership of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve assets and maintenance processes and act quickly.
• Balance work with private life and support colleagues, delivering quality together.
