Job summary

AMMEGA, based in Heerhugowaard, is seeking a Service Planner to coordinate installation, maintenance and repair of conveyor belts across the Netherlands. You’ll lead a team of more than 25 technicians from our service planning group and ensure on-time, safe delivery with high-quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with customers, sales and scheduling to optimize capacity, prepare documentation for installations abroad and keep hours and invoicing ready. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience as a planner in a technical or service field.
• Strong communication with technicians and international clients.
• Stress resilience and flexibility to adapt to plan changes.
• Proactive approach to identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Technical aptitude to assess job complexity.
• IT/ERP knowledge; familiarity with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work throughout the Netherlands.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and manage the breakdown schedule for the field service team.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure readiness and correct equipment at site.
• Prepare documentation for installations abroad.
• Verify hours worked and prepare projects for invoicing.
• Send work orders to customers.
• Schedule regular safety meetings for technicians.
• Maintain contact with customers, sales, and work planning on schedules and capacity.
