Job summary

Voet Energy Solutions is seeking an Allround Planner to ensure that people, equipment and transportation are deployed efficiently across projects in the Netherlands. You will schedule employees, machinery and transport, act as the contact for work planners, and ensure materials are available on time while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.

The role offers a 32/36/40 hour week, a company laptop and phone, and opportunities for training and development within a growing energy

Qualifications

• At least an MBO degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You work in a structured way and maintain a clear overview, even when there’s a lot going on at once.
• You have an eye for detail and a practical mindset.
• You communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Experience with planning or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As Allround Planner, you’ll ensure that people, equipment and transportation are deployed efficiently.
• You’ll schedule employees, machinery and transportation for projects throughout the Netherlands.
• You’ll serve as the point of contact for work planners.
• You’ll ensure that equipment and materials are available on time.
• You’ll monitor the progress of the planning and make adjustments if needed.
• You’ll maintain an overview of current assignments and future work.
• You’ll carefully process planning data into the systems.
• You’ll identify issues and propose practical solutions.
