Job summary

TGW Group in Breda is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers delivering exceptional service for advanced automated logistics systems. You will bridge customers, engineering, and management, driving performance, building lasting relationships, and keeping systems running at peak reliability.

Bring a track record of leading field service teams, hands-on audits, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma at least MBO-4; mechanical, electrical and software skills.
• Electrical qualification is required at MBO-2 level if MBO-4 is not electrical.
• Experience in field service with installation, upgrade or project-based service.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coach a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Support system audits and complex fault diagnostics.
• Gather technical information and report to TGW stakeholders.
• Deliver monthly 1:1s and performance reviews with reports.
• Collaborate with Lifetime Service, Retrofit, and Project teams.
• Assist recruitment, induction and onboarding of new members.
• Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in service processes and team performance.
