As Business Development Manager – Market Segments, you drive commercial growth, connect segment knowledge with regional sales and Key Account Management, and act as a global ambassador for your segments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in engineering with commercial training.
• 5–10 years in international B2B project sales in packaging or capital equipment.
• Excellent English; additional languages a plus (German, French, Spanish or Dutch).

Responsibilities

• Drive segment development in strategic regions with regional sales and agents.
• Build networks with customers, Key Accounts and industry partners.
• Act as global spokesperson for assigned segments within the VFFS organisation.
• Coordinate global Key Account activities and align with regional teams.
• Identify and develop new customers and market segments with potential.
• Support regional sales through training, visits, insights and value propositions.
