Job summary

Royal Senzora is seeking an International Sales Support Representative in the Netherlands to manage orders end-to-end for international customers. You will work closely with sales, planning, logistics and production to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

You will handle multiple markets, maintain strong customer relationships, and support process improvements while communicating in Dutch and English. The role offers a structured team environment with room for growth.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 or HBO-level education in business, commerce or logistics.
• Several years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor orders and keep customers informed about delivery times.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, production and sales.
• Maintain contact with carriers and external partners.
• Prepare and process export documentation.
• Monitor orders, delivery times and agreements.
• Develop relationships with customers in assigned markets (Scandinavia, UK, Germany).
