Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quantitative experience in a consultancy or comparable role.
• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Industrial Engineering or another quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of the refinery of all milk streams within FrieslandCampina.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Proactive and influential communicator for complex business decisions.
• Experience in modelling or with a modelling theoretical background.
• Highly analytical with commercial/business acumen.
• Analytical, self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Run and maintain the 13-week allocation plan bi-weekly.
• Prepare Allocation Plan and meetings with stakeholders across Customer Supply Chain, Supply Planning and Operating Companies.
• Maintain planning models and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead projects to improve processes and final decision making.
• Work with planning systems and proactively realise improvements.
