Job summary

Stahl, a world leader in specialty coatings, seeks a Senior Reporting Specialist to drive monthly consolidation for over 50 entities in SAP BPC and deliver IFRS reporting for an international group. You will shape the future of reporting and support integration projects across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in international reporting, IFRS knowledge, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, in a dynamic global environment. Attractive incentives and robust benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an international reporting environment or with a Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with SAP BPC; HFM experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly consolidation process for 50+ global entities in SAP BPC, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly management and stakeholder reporting and provide insightful financial analyses.
• Support the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, annual reports and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation, standardization and optimization of reporting processes.
• Support M&A and integration activities and contribute to the successful integration into the reporting environment.
