Job summary

Strohm is seeking a Senior Finance Controller to lead IFRS-compliant reporting across an international manufacturing environment. You’ll own month-end closing, balance sheet control and interaction with external auditors while guiding AP/AR activities.

With 5–7 years of relevant experience and a hands-on, proactive approach, you’ll partner with the Finance Director, CFO and FP&A to drive improvements in controls and processes in a hybrid work setting in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and 5–7 years of experience
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial closing experience
• Dutch RA qualification is a strong advantage
• Excellent Excel and finance system skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing and IFRS reporting
• Own balance sheet control with reconciliations and period-end estimates
• Coordinate external auditors and support tax compliance
• Support consolidation and intercompany accounting for international entities
• Strengthen internal controls and finance processes and automation
• Provide day-to-day guidance for AP/AR and Assistant Financial Control
