Job summary

Your.Online seeks a Reporting Controller to join the FP&A and BI team in Amsterdam. You will prepare, improve, and maintain reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data quality and timely delivery across a portfolio of 90+ companies in Europe and North America.

You will contribute to month-end close, consolidation, and acquisitions, driving continuous improvement in reporting tools (Lucanet) and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed a financial/economic degree and a Master’s level of thinking.
• 3–5 years of relevant international experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automated financial systems, consolidation, and reporting tools (Lucanet) and affinity with AI tools.
• Excel expert with ability to transform data into qualitative information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, improve, and maintain recurring internal and external reports.
• Play a key role in month-end closing and data quality controls.
• Co-responsible for reliable data in consolidation and reporting systems.
• Integrate acquisitions into consolidation and management reporting and optimize Lucanet."
• Collaborate across FP&A, Financial Control, BI, M&A and Business Development.
