Job summary

AMI, founded by Maria Montessori, seeks a Relationship Marketing Manager for 4–5 days per week to grow a global educator network. You will own relationship marketing with members, schools, training centres, and partners, shaping value and engagement across our programs.

You will design journeys, manage CRM expansion, and report on growth and retention in a small, international team. Office presence three days; four or five days may include remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship marketing, membership engagement or stakeholder communications.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
• Understanding of retention and lifecycle journeys.
• Self-starter with initiative and budget-conscious mindset.
• Comfortable working across teams in an international environment.
• Excellent writing, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in non-profit, education or membership organisations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and segment AMI's global audiences and turn insights into engagement plans.
• Shape AMI's membership value proposition and relationships with schools.
• Design relationship journeys that connect people as they progress (student to graduate).
• Develop and optimise CRM and engagement systems, with GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate across Capacity, Outreach and Legacy programmes to improve reach and revenue.
• Set up reporting on growth, retention and participation and iterate.
