Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager within the Real Estate Development and Strategy (REDS) team. You own high-level cost controls and ensure portfolio projects align with ASML’s business goals, leading cross-functional teams across global sites.

You develop and translate masterplans into practical action, drive complex programs through the Building Generation Process, and report on budgets, scope and quality. Regular travel to sites worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Business Administration, Asset Management, Engineering).
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong track record in large construction/renovation projects, ideally in international high-tech production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Real Estate masterplan with regional teams and global sites.
• Act as principal for new construction projects and ensure alignment with ASML strategies.
• Align spot plans globally (Industrial and Non-Industrial) with business strategy.
• Develop and create the Global Real Estate Masterplan.
• Support regional master plans with strategic analyses.
• Drive complex multidisciplinary programs per the Building Generation Process (BGP).
• Monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial accountability per ASML policies.
• Define project scope and quality, manage stakeholders and ensure standards compliance.
