Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate to lead complex construction and renovation initiatives across the high-tech campus. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and quality while aligning stakeholders and ensuring business continuity.

Based in Veldhoven with a hybrid work setup, you will drive CAPEX governance, risk management and continuous improvement across projects, collaborating with partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience managing construction, renovation or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in technically complex environments (manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech).
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards and sustainability requirements.
• Familiarity with Prince2, PMBoK or equivalent is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex projects affecting ASML’s facilities and business continuity.
• Act as primary decision-maker within project governance and manage diverse stakeholder interests.
• Provide functional leadership to internal and external project resources.
• Manage politically sensitive topics and align stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Drive safe project environments throughout all phases.
• Maintain CAPEX forecasting, dashboards and financial baselines.
• Implement risk management, dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure quality standards from design to project closure.
