Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced M&A manager to support the full transaction lifecycle, including potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments. You will report to the Head of M&A and apply strategic, analytical and transactional skills to identify and execute growth opportunities across ASML.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or similar M&A or strategic partnership roles
• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or similar is required; graduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets via market, industry, and competitor assessments
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
• Coordinate and support end-to-end due diligence across ASML functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Manage multiple workstreams and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the M&A lifecycle
