Job summary

Nedschroef is seeking a Manager Commercial Quotations to lead the global RFQ process, ensuring fast, accurate quotations that align with pricing strategy and commercial goals.

You will coordinate across international locations, standardize quotation processes, and build a scalable organization with cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in Quotations or related commercial areas, strong leadership, CRM experience, and English fluency; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Admin, International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Quotations, Internal Sales, Sales Ops, or related commercial field.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional international teams.
• Experience with process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-location collaboration.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete RFQ process from customer request through quotation delivery.
• Coordinate the daily workload and capacity planning across the international quotation team.
• Ensure quotations are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product Management, NPI, and Commercial Administration to ensure an efficient end-to-end quotation process.
• Drive standardization of quotation processes across multiple international locations.
• Improve process maturity by reducing handovers, eliminating duplicate activities, and increasing automation.
• Ensure high data quality and integrity within the RFQ process to enable reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Support onboarding and cross-training initiatives to increase flexibility and reduce dependency on individual team members.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the team.
