Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Procurement seeks a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to join the Digital Transformation team. You will drive enablement of procurement initiatives worldwide, translating strategy into actionable projects across Source-to-Pay and category domains.

You will collaborate with Category teams, Digital & Technology, Operating Companies and Suppliers, building sustainable capabilities and delivering measurable value through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• You are an orchestrator and entrepreneur at heart.
• A mature project manager with a passion for Procurement, Technology and AI, that brings people together around a shared vision, and turns strategic ambitions into disciplined execution with measurable impact.
• You feel comfortable to lead projects from start to finish, keeping your stakeholders across seniority levels fully aligned throughout.
• Rather than only focusing on immediate project deliverables, you think in building sustainable capabilities that strengthen our procurement teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects that enable the Source-to-Pay process and/or category specific Procurement capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear project scopes, objectives and delivery plans.
• Ensure disciplined execution across timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Perform capability assessments along different dimensions to ensure an integrated change strategy and project approach.
• Drive initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
