Responsibilities

• Lead and develop QA Operations team (5 direct reports, ~100 staff).
• Translate quality strategy into actionable QA operations plans.
• Oversee batch release, end-to-end tracking, and KPI-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitization, and cross-site handoffs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements across sites.
