Job summary

MSD Malaysia in Boxmeer, The Netherlands, seeks an Executive Director, Operations to own the Run System for our largest Animal Health manufacturing site and lead four Integrated Production Teams (Antigen, Live, IVP, Packaging) along with Operations Services. You will drive GMP compliance, safety and quality, as well as cost-effective, on-time delivery.

The role requires building high-performing teams, delivering on the site operating model, and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Manufacturing execution performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC).
• Lead and integrate four Integrated Production Teams (Antigen, Live, IVP, Packaging) and Operations Services.
• Ensure GMP compliance and permanent inspection readiness.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
