Job summary

Topcon Europe Medical B.V. in Capelle aan den IJssel, The Netherlands, seeks a proactive Purchaser & Demand Planner to manage procurement, demand planning, and inventory across the supply chain.

You will coordinate with suppliers, track orders, and support cost-effective, timely deliveries while maintaining records and continuous improvement. The role requires a 2–4 year background in procurement/demand planning, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in procurement or demand planning.
• Experience with inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
• Track and expedite purchase orders to prevent supply disruptions.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier information.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Drive process improvements in purchasing and inventory.
