Job summary

West Coast Supply Group in the Netherlands seeks a Demand & Supply Planner to align purchases and sales, balance service levels, and manage costs across the supply chain. The role links Purchasing, Sales, and Operations, with scope to build new processes and tools from scratch.

You will work with a young, international team and report to the Operations Lead, contributing to planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Demand & Supply Planning within an international setting.
• FMCG experience is a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to NL.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning: set up forecasting methods aligned with ERP tools.
• Capacity & Warehouse Management: coordinate warehouses and forecast 1/3/6 month outlook.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: manage cross‑functional stakeholders and report forecasts.
• Tooling & Process Optimization: identify tools and implement improvements on projects.
