Job summary

Certhon leads high-tech greenhouse and indoor farming projects worldwide, delivering them from sale through final handover. As Project Manager you oversee planning, progress, and on-time execution, coordinating engineers, installation crews and logistics, while serving as the main customer contact throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll work with subcontractors and site supervisors, manage budgets, and ensure HSE adherence on diverse international sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in horticulture sector or related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain an overview and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites domestically and abroad.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate project schedules and quality.
• Organize and lead construction and project meetings.
• Prepare and monitor the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan.
• Coordinate transportation and workforce requirements.
• Monitor the project budget, procurement activities and payment agreements.
