Job summary

Certhon Build B.V. is seeking a Project Engineer Climate Technology to develop climate control installations for greenhouse projects worldwide.

You design heating, cooling, and air‑handling systems and serve as the link between sales/estimating, project management, and execution. You collaborate with electrical, structural, and water technology specialists, produce drawings, perform calculations, and coordinate material orders.

Qualifications

You have an engineering degree or comparable field with relevant work experience.
Affinity with horticultural sector is a plus.
Experience with 2D/3D drafting; knowledge of AutoCAD and HiCAD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop complete climate control installations for projects.
Design high-tech heating, cooling, and air-handling systems for greenhouses, climate chambers and commercial buildings.
Create design and production drawings, assembly drawings, and flow diagrams in AutoCAD and HiCAD.
Review technical calculations such as heat demand and pump/cooler calculations.
Prepare material lists and arrange corresponding orders.
Coordinate with suppliers and site supervisors for delivery times and technical instructions.
