Job summary

Braden Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Heerlen office. You will lead the project team through design, analysis, production preparation, and quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet scope, time, and standards.

You will coordinate between Project Management, engineers, clients, and suppliers, translate customer requirements into reliable engineering solutions, prepare BOMs, and support commissioning and continuous improvement across international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant engineering or technical project experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor and Vault.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical design and execution through the full project lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into reliable, cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed designs, drawings and technical analyses.
• Coordinate drafting and simulation resources; ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
• Support production preparation: BOMs, FILs, ERP data transfer; assist commissioning.
• Visit client sites and suppliers to review designs and address issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
