Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to lead operational execution of procurement contracts within the Juices category. You will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, logistics partners, and Refresco sites to ensure timely contract execution from purchase to delivery.

The role combines contract management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize inventory, reduce risks, and improve contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or FMCG environment.
• ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong communication across international teams.
• Proactive, accurate, and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyse forecasts, stock levels, and contract positions for monthly coverage.
• Validate data for accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Communicate coverage, risks, and renewals to buyers and management.
• Optimize contracts and stock positions to meet demand and cash-flow targets.
• Recommend contract and shipment adjustments to buyers.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
