Job summary

Neste, in Rotterdam, seeks a Regional Category Lead for Technical Services in Procurement. You will own end-to-end category strategies and driving efficient supplier performance for maintenance and investment projects at the Rotterdam refinery.

Lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with legal, risk and project teams to ensure value, compliance and timely delivery. Fluency in English is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Extensive experience managing complex procurement categories spanning services, equipment, products, infrastructure and maintenance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for Technical Services (mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing process: RFx development, negotiation, contract management and supplier selection.
• Build and maintain relationships with maintenance and investment projects stakeholders to provide strategic sourcing guidance.
• Negotiate, draft and review complex Technical Services contracts to secure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
