Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Process Excellence Lead for our global Commerce & Marketing domain. You will ensure processes, data, systems and capabilities work together in one scalable operating model, acting as an integrator across business, process, data and IT to deliver value.

You will co-own the transformation roadmap with the Functional Chief, translate priorities into global and regional initiatives, and lead governance across process, data, IT and analytics to drive continuous

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation or operational excellence within a global FMCG or consumer goods environment.
Deep expertise in Commerce & Marketing capabilities, including Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation and Commercial Data Management.
Strong understanding of enabling technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, TPM solutions, commercial planning tools and Sales Force Automation platforms.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Co-own the Commerce & Marketing transformation and improvement roadmap with the Functional Chief.
Own and safeguard the global C&M process and data template.
Translate business priorities into aligned process, data and technology improvements.
Lead functional governance across process, data, IT and analytics.
Align global standards with regional execution.
Drive continuous improvement and benefit realization.
Build and lead the Process Excellence community across global and regional teams.
