Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle seeks a Regional Functional Application Manager for Commerce & Marketing in Europe. You will own commercial apps, drive harmonization, and translate business needs into scalable solutions across regions.

The role requires 7+ years in FMCG, experience with end-to-end project delivery, and familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP and data architecture. Hybrid work model offered with global brand exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• +7 years of FMCG experience with Route-to-Market.
• Proven experience with commercial apps and end-to-end delivery.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical functional solutions.
• Experience supporting or designing integrations between business apps.
• SAP knowledge and automation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the functional owner of commercial applications across the European region.
• Drive harmonized European application landscape within Commerce & Marketing.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Define project scope, support vendor selection, and contribute to planning.
• Lead implementations from demand through go-live and handover to IT ops.
• Manage relationships with users, managers, project teams, solution architects, security, vendors and IT ops.
• Drive governance of commercial applications and integrations from a business perspective.
