Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking an experienced Global Power Procurement and Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end electricity procurement for its global sites, including data centers and offices. You will forecast demand, assess energy markets, and develop sourcing strategies, while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Sustainability teams to optimize the power portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in electricity markets, energy procurement, utilities, energy trading, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing electricity sourcing or supply agreements for large commercial or industrial consumers.
• Strong understanding of electricity market structures, tariffs, wholesale pricing, grid charges, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the global electricity procurement strategy for company sites (data centers, offices, operational sites).
• Maintain a consolidated view of consumption, demand forecasts, costs, tariffs, suppliers, and renewal dates across locations.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term power procurement strategies per market.
• Lead RFI and RFP processes, including supplier evaluation and award recommendations.
• Lead commercial negotiations with utilities, energy producers, aggregators, and renewable energy providers.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax and Sustainability teams on contractual and risk implications.
