Job summary

Maersk Line Limited seeks a Global Head of PMO to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and improving project management standards, controls and governance across a portfolio of international projects. The role reports to the Head of Project Execution and requires close collaboration with portfolio heads and on-site project leadership.

You will own the stage gate framework, drive proactive risk management, and ensure best-practice contract management across all project sites,

Qualifications

Extensive project management experience on large-scale projects (>USD 100M).
Knowledge of contract management and FIDIC is advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the PMO team of project management officers and contracts managers.
Own the project execution stage gate process and allocate resources accordingly.
Define, maintain and upgrade project management standards, tools and processes.
Ensure robust schedule, cost, risk and reporting setups across projects.
Collaborate with Investments and portfolio heads to support new business cases.
Drive standardised contract management and ensure compliance with international standards.
