As our People Operations Specialist, you’ll own day-to-day HR operations for Norway, the Netherlands, Turkey and remote colleagues, building processes, maintaining HRIS and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in People & Culture, HR generalist or People operations role, startup/scaleup experience.
• Hands-on experience across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and compliance.
• Experience writing HR policies and setting up processes where none existed before.
• Comfort with multi-country compliance in a highly distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day People operations and admin across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, pay, performance discussions).
• Set up and maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure HR compliance across locations and write clear policies.
